News And Events POA News and Related Board Events

Annual Association Meeting The second Sunday in August at 1 PM. Location: at the Ruritan/Capon Bridge Community Center located at Rte. 50 and Coldstream Road. Notices are mailed to property owners early in July.

Annual POA Dues Association dues are paid annually. Statements are mailed in early December.. Payment is due on or before January 1. Late fees and interest are applied to deliquent accounts.

Road Maintenance Spring and fall maintenance for Sections 1, 2, & 3 occur in April and October. Spring maintenance for Section 4 is in April. Specific dates for road work are determined by the weather conditions.
